1. Data Collection Sheet: please return this to the office shortly after you have accepted an offer of a school place
2. Milk Order Form: to book your child's daily milk follow the web link in this letter
3. Uniform

Term Dates

Welford & Wickham CE Primary School will be making the following changes to the West Berkshire term dates for 2020-2021:

• 23rd Oct 2020, 4th Jan 2021 and 1st April 2021 are school days not holidays
• 18th Dec 2020, 19th July 2021 and 20th July 2021 will be INSET days and school will be closed
